Writing Coach

At Write Edit Express, our Writing Coaches provide you with guidance and encouragement on determining the following:

• Who is your target audience?  For whom are you writing?  Who do you want your project to serve?  What do you want your readers to gain from your product?

• What is the purpose of your writing project?  Why are you writing it?  What outcome do you hope to accomplish by producing this work?

• What should be your daily or weekly writing goals to help you complete your project?

Our coaches bring exceptional knowledge, experience, and objectivity to the coaching table.  We offer a professional perspective to help raise the level of your project.

• We support you by assessing your project, and we help you gain clarity about your writing goals to improve your outcome.  

• We evaluate your plan for the work or help you to create and implement a successful plan.  This includes making necessary adjustments and holding you accountable for accomplishing weekly action steps.

• We help you organize and develop your writing project and guide you in the critical area of time management to get important tasks completed on schedule.

• We also assist you with breaking through creative blocks so you can continue writing. This effort  promotes you in recognizing and overcoming challenges to your project’s success.  

• We help you to refocus, regain lost momentum, and work through confusing questions to get your project to the finish line.
